Yesterday was a bad day.. i binged and purged for about three times!! my last binge was two weeks ago i guess. Yesterday it wasn’t THAT bad, because i just ate bread and a bit chocolate and stuff.. however, it was bad !!!
at least i’m able to purge - weird thing to be happy about.. :D
but today’s a new day and i’m sticking to my routine again :)
the more liquid the food that you’re eating contains, the better it works.. so start with soup or something like that and try it with your fingers.. if you eat something with less liquid, make sure that you drink LOTS. if i eat cake or bread or something like that, i drink up to 2 liters of water. otherwise it won’t come up as easy :)
